Bakery Laborer

Immediate supervisor: Head Baker / Production Supervisor
The bakery laborer supports the production team in making breads and bakery products. They perform various manual tasks essential to the smooth running of operations, while maintaining hygiene, quality, and food safety standards.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist bakers in preparing ingredients and doughs
• Transport, handle, and organize raw materials and finished products
• Clean and maintain equipment, workstations, and production areas
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and boxing products
• Comply with food safety standards (MAPAQ / HACCP)
• Follow occupational health and safety procedures
• Perform any other related production tasks
Requirements and Qualifications
• No experience required (on-site training provided)
• Good physical condition (standing for long periods and lifting loads)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Punctuality, reliability, and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and adherence to instructions
Additional Assets
• Experience in food or industrial environments
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Interest in the baking industry
Working Conditions
